Synergy Internet is a growing ISP with a focus on providing excellent customer service and quality internet to most important asset, our customers. Equally as important are the people who help to take care of our growing number of customers, our employees.

Our Service Standards

To become a good ISP we have chosen to adopt these standards

1. We will greet our customers in a courteous and professional manner.


2. We will listen effectively to our customers’ requests and promptly take the necessary actions to assist them.


3. We will keep our customers informed of unexpected delays in service.

4. We will inform our customers of normal process time, when they can expect completion and any delays that may arise in the process.


5. We will touch base with our customers to update them as to where we are in the process.


6. We will respond to website  questions/requests within 24 hours during normal business hours.


7. We will respond to applicants (employee/volunteer) within 24 hours of normal process time to let them know when they can expect completion and any delays that may arise in the process.


8. We will finish our encounters with our customers in a courteous and professional way.
